In addition to published projects, FAR Circuits offers a prototype service specializing on single-sided, and also non plated-through double-sided boards from Customer supplied artwork. FAR Circuits can also provide custom layout for printed circuit boards when required. We do layout of the foil sided(s), solder mask, and component legends, and documentation. Additionally, we offer a Confidential service for authors writing articles that may require a printed circuit board for their project. Please inquire for rates on custom projects; our Catalog of stocked boards is listed below. FAR Circuits will supply, upon request, a copy of the referenced publication article for $1.50 each in addition to PC board cost. Please indicate article requests on a separate line on the order form. Orders accepted by surface mail, phone, PAYPAL, or FAX. All orders are to be prepaid by check, money order, VISA or Master Card credit card or PAYPAL. Credit card orders may be faxed or phoned to 847-836-9148. To order please indicate the ship to address, home phone number, quantity of boards, magazine article title, publication, issue date, and any other information that would be helpful in identifying the board. Please use Order Form. FAR Circuits ships all orders via 1st class mail unless otherwise noted. All boards are made of G-10, FR-4 material, 1 oz. copper, solder coated, and drilled. Double sided boards DO NOT have plated through holes. Custom boards may be made for $.60 square inch or $5.00 minimum per board for single sided, etched, drilled and solder coated. Custom double sided non-plated through holes, etched, drilled and solder coated boards may be made for $.85 per square inch or $8.00 minimum per board. A clear film negative is required for custom boards. Film from camera ready artwork is $12.00 per shot based on 8" x 10" film per shot. Quantity pricing available. Far Circuits reserves the right to change the pricing based on the complexity of the board. FAR Circuits offers layout and prototype services. Please call for these details.
